This page explains who publishes this website, how its content is produced, how we make money, and what to do when you find something wrong.

This site is published by Culturae Heritage Services srls, registered office Via dei Banchi 6, 50123 Firenze, Italy, VAT No. IT07519170489, REA FI-709102.

Editorial content is signed by the site's own editorial desk, not by individual named writers. We would rather show you a masthead you can hold accountable than a byline you cannot verify.

We are an independent guide. We do not own, run, or represent any balloon operator, tour company, museum, or ticket office mentioned on this site, and none of them has editorial control over what we publish.

Where a site in our network carries the name of a real institution, that name describes the subject we cover — never an affiliation with it.

We earn commission when you book through the links on this site. The booking happens on the provider's own website, at the price they publish: you never pay more because you arrived from here, and the commission does not come out of your pocket.

We are paid the same regardless of which experience you pick, so there is no incentive to push one over another. Commercial links do not buy a better position or a kinder description.

Our pages combine three sources: data from booking providers, published information from operators and institutions, and our own editorial judgement about what matters when you are choosing.

We use AI tools to draft, translate, and restructure text. Everything published is reviewed by a person before it goes live, and the editorial responsibility is ours, not the tool's.

A small number of images on this site are generated or edited with AI, and they are used to illustrate an idea rather than to document a moment. Every one of them carries a visible label saying so, wherever the image appears. We do not present a generated image as a photograph of a specific place, event or person, and we do not use one as evidence that something happened. Photographs supplied by operators and booking providers are their own and are never AI-generated by us.

Prices and availability come from the booking providers and change often. We refresh them regularly, but the figure you see here is a snapshot and the provider's own page is always the authority.

When a price looks implausible our systems flag it for review rather than silently displaying it. If you find a price here that does not match the provider, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

We correct mistakes rather than quietly deleting them. Substantive corrections to a published article are noted on the page itself, together with the date.
