Between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm the team phones you with the pickup time, the length of the tour and where it is going, decided from that afternoon's data rather than from a timetable printed in October.

Pickup from downtown and airport hotels in Fairbanks. If you are staying at a private house or an Airbnb, the meeting place is given during the forecast call between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
