Northern Lights Hunt in Tromso by Minibus with WiFi On Board

An aurora safari by Mercedes Sprinter minibus, leaving from Tromsø and driving out through snow covered mountains and fjords, which is where the good photographs come from: the aurora with something in the frame underneath it. The guide talks about the lights and about Norwegian life along the way, and the minibus stops often at good viewing spots rather than committing to one place. Inside there are hot drinks and snacks while people compare camera settings and talk. WiFi on board is the unusual part: you can back up the night's pictures to the cloud before you get home, which matters more than it sounds if you are shooting raw files on a borrowed card.
