Tromso
Pickup is in Tromsø city centre, and from there the night becomes a hunt. Norwegian winter nights are cold and the aurora can take several hours to show. A thermal suit, a bonfire in the snow, hot drinks and snacks are what make that wait bearable. The vehicle carries 8 passengers and takes the group deep into the dark, with a professional photographer guiding. Alongside your own shots, the guide photographs you under the lights and helps with your equipment; tripods are provided, and a Canon is available for a fee. The professional photographs are sent afterwards by email or social media. After a stop for dinner, the 7 hour tour ends with hotel drop-off in Tromsø after midnight.
