Tromso Express Aurora Hunt with a Guaranteed Four Hour Return

The short version of the aurora hunt, with a fixed end time: back in Tromsø city centre 4 hours after the start. That constraint shapes everything. The guides still check the forecasts and use local knowledge, but the search area is capped at an hour's drive from town, and they go wherever within that radius looks safest and most promising. At the chosen spot the group waits for the sky to do something, while the guides talk about the north and about the physics behind the aurora. This is the tour to book if you have an early start the next morning, a flight to catch, or children who will not survive a 2 am return.
