Routes can run up to two hours one way, across fjords and valleys, following clear sky wherever it appears. Behind the drivers sits a round the clock back office aurora command centre and more than 150 staff spread across northern Scandinavia, which is a genuinely different scale of information from one guide reading an app. When the sky opens, the group steps out into open Arctic country and the guides take professional DSLR photographs of you under the lights. Thermal overalls, hot drinks and light snacks are included. Total duration 4 to 6 hours.
