Aurora Floating in Rovaniemi: Watch the Sky from Open Water

You watch this one lying on your back in open water, which changes the whole geometry of an aurora night: no craning, no cold feet, just the sky directly above you. The rescue suit does the work. It keeps you warm in cold water and holds you on the surface, so swimming ability is not required and never comes into it. What people remember afterwards is usually the silence.
