The tour runs in Spanish, with Spanish speaking professional guides. For a lot of travellers that is the whole reason to book it. The second reason is the vehicle. A 4x4 reaches ground a coach cannot, which means darker places, further from the roadside crowds, and a better chance on a night when the cloud only breaks in one corner of the sky. Professional photography is included, so the pictures come back properly exposed instead of as orange smears. The aurora still does not appear on demand. What the guides bring is knowing where to look for it.
