Northern Lights 4x4 Tour from Reykjavík with Icelandic Pastries and Cocoa

Four hours, a 4x4 minibus, and guiding in both Spanish and English. The pickup is at your Reykjavík accommodation and the drive out passes snow covered country, which is when the guide explains how the aurora forms and which Icelandic legends were built to explain it before anyone could. At the stop there is hot chocolate, traditional pastries and hand warmers, small things that decide whether you last the wait or retreat to the vehicle after twenty minutes. When the lights appear the guide helps with the photographs, since getting an aurora exposure right on the first attempt is unlikely without help. Hotel drop-off is included at the end.
