A home cooked dinner as guests in an off grid Alaskan yurt, and an aurora watch from outside Fairbanks on the same night. Off grid is the operative detail. A yurt with no mains power sits where there is no street lighting either, which is exactly the condition the aurora needs, and it puts dark sky right outside the door. Booking note: all sales are final, with no refund for cancellation.
