Sami Reindeer Camp Visit and Aurora Night from Tromso
Two halves to this one. First a traditional Sámi reindeer camp, where you meet the herd. Then the drive out into open country for a night of firelight, stories and watching the sky. What is included: - Time with the reindeer herd - A joik performed by one of the Sámi guides - A bonfire and sky watching out in the open - A dedicated northern lights guide for the aurora part of the night - Photographs of you under the aurora, taken by the guide One thing stated plainly by the operator, and worth knowing: the guide does not take photographs during the reindeer camp visit, because the schedule there does not allow it. The photography happens later, under the aurora.
What's included
- Vegetarian soup, hot drinks and cookies are included
- Warm overalls are included in the tour
- Photos of you under the Aurora
- A heated minibus of up to nineteen guests
