Sami Reindeer Sledding and Feeding with a Chance of Northern Lights

An evening with reindeer under a dark sky, with the aurora as the possible extra rather than the promise. The sled ride and the feeding come first, outdoors. Afterwards the visit moves indoors to Sámi culture: typical Sámi food to taste, traditional joik singing, and handmade objects that are still in everyday use rather than kept behind glass. Practical notes worth reading before booking: - If conditions change, the operator may shorten the sled ride or cancel that part of the tour. - The animals are trained for this work, but animals remain unpredictable, so following the instructions given matters for everyone's safety. - The reindeer and sleds are harnessed in one long row, with the lead reindeer at the front. - Sleds are shared, two participants per sled. - Sledding depends on snow. If the weather does not allow the ride to run, a partial refund is given.
