FairbanksA lodge on a ridge overlooking the Alaska Range, 40 minutes' drive from Fairbanks, with an open view of the night sky from the top. Inside there is a rustic Alaskan cabin with unlimited hot cocoa, coffee, tea and snacks, which is where you wait between looks outside. For an extra fee, the staff will photograph you with the aurora. The operator sets out its terms plainly, and they are worth reading before booking: - The aurora cannot be predicted with certainty, and no sighting is guaranteed. - Tours are not cancelled for cloud or for an absence of lights, and light snow does not cancel either, since the weather can change through the evening. - Cancellations happen for genuinely dangerous conditions, meaning heavy snow, rain or icy roads, and for emergencies. - Because everything here depends on nature, the operator runs a no refund policy. - The same applies to cancellations caused by delayed flights or trains.

- Aurora is a natural phenomenon and cannot be predicted with 100% accuracy. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to see the aurora borealis, as Weather conditions are constantly changing and other conditions may also change. We would not cancel due to lack of lights or cloudy skies. Even if it snows a little, the tour will not be cancelled because the weather may change. Dangerous weather conditions (heavy snow, icy roads) and emergencies may result in cancellations. Because of the natural things involved we have a NO REFUND policy. The same cancellation policy applies to cancellations due to flight or train delays.
- This tour is available for a minimum of two people.
- Pickup services are available only for major hotels within Fairbanks city. Please note that we are unable to provide pickup services from Airbnb or similar accommodations.
