The practical value of that is not the heritage but the network: a large team spread across Lapland feeding back real-time conditions, so the guide is deciding from live information rather than a morning forecast. The guide is also your photographer for the night, and the images come back at proper quality.

The guide keeps adjusting to real-time weather and aurora forecasts and will drive a long way for clear sky, including across the border into Sweden when that is where it is. The night can take in several locations, moving whenever moving improves the conditions, and always well away from light pollution. The guide doubles as your photographer throughout. Hot drinks and light snacks are provided, and the night ends back at your accommodation.
