Small Northern Lights Tour, Max 8 Guests, with Pickup and RAW Photos
Eight guests, one seat each, no crowding at the window or at the viewpoint. The photography is the unusual part. The guide shoots on professional gear and delivers the files as original RAW, with no watermark, which means you can edit them yourself rather than accept someone else's version. There is no limit on how many photographs you get. At the stop, a campfire with grilled corn and marshmallows, snacks and hot drinks, all suitable for vegetarians. The locations are chosen for the absence of light pollution and picked from live forecast data on the night. When the weather is poor the tour extends to as much as 8 hours rather than giving up. The group may cross into Finland, so bring your passport. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included, and the guides work in Arabic, Norwegian and English.

Tromso
The route crosses the country around Tromsø, with the locations chosen from the aurora forecast and from the guides' own experience of where the sky opens. The stops are quiet, snow covered places, which is what you want in a photograph as much as in person. Capacity is 8 people, and the guide works in Arabic, Norwegian and English. The tour runs 7 to 8 hours depending on conditions, because finding the aurora often means travelling a long way first.
